- Purchased four-plex at auction with a JV partner. Brought the funds for the project, oversaw and paid the construction crew, and assisted with marketing the property. The project was completed ahead of schedule (depsite many unforeseen problems during the rehab) and was profitable for me and the JV partner.
- Purchased shares of a large apartment complex rehab project in the Denver area. Observed clean out, rehab, and finished stages. Value add for the neighborhood, the leasees, and the complex. Successful value add sale after rehab completed.
- Funded due diligence phase of 100+ unit apartment development in Denver. Then, purchased shares in the project and observed the project from scrape of commercial business on the site, to build out of underground parking garage and apartments.
